How do I get a discount?
Would you like to treat yourself and save money at the same time? We regularly have exclusive discount promotions! Put the products you want in your shopping cart and look out for available discount codes. You can simply enter these in the corresponding field during the order process. This way you can save effortlessly on your purchase.
Where can I find my order confirmation?
If you do not receive an order confirmation by email after completing your order, please first check your spam folder. Occasionally, this may be due to an overfilled mailbox. If you still cannot find a confirmation, please contact us at info @fraeuleinmatilda .de . Our customer service will help you immediately.
What payment options are available?
With us you can choose between several secure payment methods, including PayPal, Klarna, purchase on account and credit card payment. Simply choose the option that suits you best.
When will my order be delivered?
The delivery time is usually 6-10 working days. Please note that delivery may be delayed on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we may make partial deliveries. However, you will receive all of the products you ordered safely and in full.
Why is part of my order missing?
If not all items are available at the same time, we will send partial deliveries in order to get the products you ordered to you as quickly as possible. In this case, you will be informed by email. If an item is unexpectedly sold out, our customer service will contact you.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days. Please make sure that the items are unused and in their original packaging so that we can give you a full refund.
How can I change or cancel my order?
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info @fraeuleinmatilda .de . We will do our best to process your request before shipping. Unfortunately, changes or cancellations are no longer possible after shipping.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver within Germany, Austria and Switzerland. If you would like delivery to another country, please contact us and we will check the possibilities of international delivery.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, the refund will usually be processed within 5-7 working days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method selected.
